I had a nine day one recently. I really thought I was going to have to rip my brain out my ears. Or give in and see the neurosurgeon.
Ketoprofen works wonders for my migraines - it was OTC as Orudis, but stupid people OD’d on it, so now it is prescription only. Take it as soon as you feel it coming on and *poof* bye, bye migraine. (Usually, the 9 day migraine was something out of Dante’s inferno… and refused to acknowledge the power of any medication.)
