Absolutely the most brilliant words I have yet to read to explain explicitly the situation we are faced with. As a follower of the words of Lao-Tzu I have always tried to live by that statement “To know you have enough is to be rich”

I had a nine day one recently. I really thought I was going to have to rip my brain out my ears. Or give in and see the neurosurgeon.
Ketoprofen works wonders for my migraines - it was OTC as Orudis, but stupid people OD’d on it, so now it is prescription only. Take it as soon as you feel it coming on and *poof* bye, bye migraine. (Usually, the 9 day migraine was something out of Dante’s inferno… and refused to acknowledge the power of any medication.)

I have empty cella, crushed pituitary gland and an abnormal cerebral artery - all of which can be (and so far, seem to be) perfectly benign or could be severely disabling. I get an MRI and MRA every two years to check things and have procrastinated seeing the neurosurgeon I was referred to by my neurologist for… um… three years so far. My procrastination goal is a lifetime.

I was only lucky enough to have met Hercules one time. He was a wonderful, sweet Cat. I am terribly sorry for your loss, Jam. I know what you are going through & not that you would, but if you want to talk… I’m here.

Goodbye Hercules, you will be greatly missed.

Bacon chocolate bar? Sounds heavenly…
I’ve recently become a Chai tea fan - I drink Perfectly Protein, a vanilla chai tea after my workouts and my friend, Henry, introduced me to Thai Thai, a Thai (imagine that) restuarant in Wilkes-Barre. They serve the most delicious iced red chai tea… *yum* with coconut milk. Delicious!

Before you know it, he will be looking down at you, grinning and asking for the car keys. Sebastian is nearly there - ready for his permit (once he buckles down and studies for it). He’s 15y5m… already. Trystan is nearly six. Sebastian is taller then I am… and Trystan isn’t far behind.
